Job Description:

AnChain.AI is seeking an experienced Director of Government Relations to join our mission-driven team. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing governmental affairs and relations, particularly with law enforcement and policymakers. As the Director of Government Relations, you will play a crucial role in advocating for AnChain.AI's interests and compliance strategies to government entities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to represent AnChain.AI's interests with government entities and during legislative processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
  • Navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments to advocate for favorable policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity, blockchain, and financial regulation to internal teams.
  • Lead lobbying efforts and legislative relations to influence policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate AnChain.AI's compliance strategies and government relations efforts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of management experience in US government or related businesses.
  • Strong background in governmental affairs and government relations.
  • Familiar with blockchain analytics and fraud analytics products; certification in Anchain.ai or similar products is preferred.
  • Proven lobbying and legislative relations skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with governmental stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, blockchain, or financial regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field.
